Can you tell me if Sonic Record 7.3 is using the same interface as its older versions?

No, the interface is a little bit changed, but it is still user-friendly. Unfortunately, you no longer can download and install Sonic RecordNow because it has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. I recommend you check the database of Software Informer for an alternative solution.
