The application is a registry scanner. Since the 90 % of the application and system settings are stored in registry, the application will scan the whole registry tree to find inconsistencies between connections. This means that it will verify links that are not used anymore, obsolete entries left by uninstaller and many junk items. It marks the entries and builds a database then, with your permission, it deletes them. This can drastically increase the speed of your computer.
