My phone is not being detected when plugged to PC. Is there anything I can do to rectify it?

You need to install drivers to make the application recognize your phone. After purchasing it, you will be provided with the Support CD that stores the driver and application needed on the PC. Use the Support CD to install the drivers then you will be able to connect the phone to PC to use it with Vodafone PC Assistant.
