In Microsoft Office 2010 suite, the Tools tab has been removed. All the commands and options from that tab are re-arranged. You can use Microsoft guides in order to find all the commands location in Microsoft Office 2010. Open for example Open the Word guide > link and this will pop up an interactive guide where you will be able to choose any command from Word 2003. After you will select a command, the guide will show you that command in Word 2010.
