Problem in loading the Dicom 2.3 software.

There is a problem in loading the DICOM SOFTWARE 2.3 to view images on my Acer Extensa 5420 laptop having Vista Home Premium.

If you have issues loading the application, make sure to re-install it first and if it's not working this way, install Visual Runtime and NET Framework. Since it's pretty old one the software needs Visual Runtime 2008. Alternatively use Picasa or any other free image viewer available.
