When I have scanned 2 or 3 slides , my computer that runs on Vista OS crashes and I have to reset it. It is not possible to scan for a longer time. Do you have a download of a new software?
There is a problem with Windows Vista. The driver released and the software are working fine. Try to apply a compatibility setting and make the program run in Windows XP. This fix will work as a temporary measure.
