In order to fix the issue, remove the ink cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids. After that, un-plug the power cable wait for 10-15 seconds and connect the printer again. Press the power button and re-insert the cartridges. If it doesn't help, turn off the printer, press and hold the Color Copy button and then press the Power option. Once you see the 0 entry, release the first button and use the up and down arrows to select 5 option. Press Black Copy option and the printer will reboot.
