If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the Nuclear Coffee - DiscRipper program and then click Remove.
If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the Nuclear Coffee - DiscRipper application and click on Uninstall. After that, run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys in your system and download and install DiscRipper 2.0.0.25 (the latest version of the software).
If the problem persists, right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Disc drives list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows will automatically find and install the drivers. If it doesn't help, contact the Nuclear Coffee Support Team for further assistance.
