I cannot run the software. When I double-click the shortcut from desktop, I receive an error message. What can I do?

I suggest you to reinstall the software and to run it with Administrator rights. Right click on the program icon and select Run as an Administrator option. If it still doesn't work, it means that BellSouth Scan and Clean Tool is incompatible with your system. Also, you can try another similar PC cleaner from Software Informer database.
