After I payed for it, PPLive installed itself on my computer in Chinese. How can I change the language to English?

You cannot change the program interface language because only PPLive 1.9 was available in English. Unfortunately, it is no longer available and the latest versions are only in Chinese. I suggest you contact the application provider for additional information.
