First, download and install the latest version of Garena and try to log in. If it doesn't work, try to reset your password. Enter your username and email address in the provided fields, click Reset and follow the instructions. If you cannot reset the password, use the [email protected] email address to request an account reset service. Be sure that your email contains your username, registered email address and a proof of purchase. Also, you can complete the Account Retrieval Form.
