I have one problem with my FlashGet. When I am downloading the application, in the middle of the process when I pause, it doesn't continue from that part and actually it does not continue downloading unless I start from the beginning.

This is a server configuration option. The server from where you attempt to download files does not support the resume function related to the downloads. This means that every time you begin and finish a download much earlier, the whole session will be lost and you will have to start the downloading process from 0. Unfortunately, you can't do anything about this.
