Why isn't the registration wizard able to connect to the Internet?

I recently decided to install Virtual Space Station and Screensaver on my PC. Everything is installing properly, but when I'm trying to register the software in order to unblock it, is not able to connect to Internet. I have ADSL2 broadband and it is working fine. Why isn't the registration wizard able to connect to the Internet?

Unfortunately, you no longer can register Star Trek DS9 - Virtual Space Station + Screensaver product, because the official web page domain has expired and the developer seems to be out of business. As an alternative, I suggest you to use another similar application from Software Informer database.
