You can find patches for Call Of Duty - World At War on the official web page. You will find the 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 patches along with a description and the download links. Once you download the patches, you need to exit the game, to launch the installer and to follow the on-screen instructions. If the game is not accepting the update, uninstall it and then install it again.
