In order to remove the software, go to Start, type services.msc and open the utility. Locate the UGS License Server and Unigraphics License Server items and click Stop this service button. After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list, click Uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, you can remove the application using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
