I had a copy of this, I believe, 2000 version, but when I had to replace my laptop, the program installed on new laptop, but when I bring it up, the 'picture' stays on the screen, and I cannot use it. Can anyone help me?
This is most likely caused by the compatibility of the new operating system with the software. My advice is to go to the installation folder of the application. Locate the main executable file and right click it. Select Properties > Compatibility and choose the version of the Windows you know it's working. After this process, right click it again and choose Run as Administrator. It should work this way.
