I can't connect on ActionVoIP using my ID. Can you help me?

When I am trying to log-in on ActionVoip is says: "Sorry, the version of the client is invalid, please download new version or perform a live update" but I am trying to update from this location and it's showing that the site is blocked. Please help me!

If you have problems accessing the download section, you can use the following download URL to obtain a new version of the ActionVoIP software: http://download.actionvoip.com/setupActionvoip.exe.
