Availability of Acer Aspire 5920G Crystal Eye Webcam.

Does anyone know how I get this to work properly? Two weeks ago I paid Acer to fix it but all they did was take it back to the Factory settings and told me it stopped working because of something I had downloaded. It has stopped working again & I am getting messages "Camera Busy or Camera not found" and a message about a USB port. Acer basically told me if this happened again to take it back to the factory settings, but what is the use of that? Someone else I know took theirs in and they downloaded a Bison Driver & it is now working, but would not do this for me. Does anyone have a simple answer?

You can try obtaining Acer Crystal Webcam driver and software from the Acer Support website.

Go to Acer and click Support then Drivers and Manuals. Identify your device and then click on the Software tab. You will have the possibility to download the driver and software.

There is no need to download anything else.
