Accessing protected documents.

I have a Dell XPS 1530 Laptop PC with Fingerprint system installed, the point is that I had a fingerprint-protected documents. After formatting the hard drive and re-install the operating system (Vista 32) and retrieve the backup documents, trying to open it tells me I'm not allowed. I need to access these documents. Can you help?

It's possible that your documents are lost forever. But I wouldn't recommend a possible recovery on them. Avoid using any tools and access the official page for this product. Click on Chat link and then get in touch with support. Explain the situation and they should offer some advice on how to access the documents even if they're encrypted.
