Screens are not working because there is no English language.

Windows Speech Recognition works, but I can't get screens up as I do not have the correct language (eg. English). Can I do something?

As you can see, US English is a must that you need to make the program work in its full mode. There is nothing you can do about it except installing English language (OS re-installation).
