Unfortunately, the software developer is out of business and the application development has been ceased. Since there isn't a Windows Vista version available, a solution to run the software on your computer can be the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP or other compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. After that, right-click again on the launcher and select Run as Administrator.
