How to use it in Windows Vista?

I am trying to use this new software with Windows Vista Ultimate and get the following error upon startup: "Run-time error '53': File not found: pnen3250" Vista is listed on the case as a usable Operating System. I tested it on Windows XP Pro and it works fine. Is there a "fix" to make it work with Vista?

You need to copy the DLLs from the install folder into the %SystemRoot%\System32 or %SystemRoot%\SysWOW64 folder. This is described in the Microsoft Knowledge base as being a bug with certain applications.

The exact file that needs to be moved is pnen3250.dll.
