Where can I find PC Suite for MTV 3.0? I've bought it more than a year ago, but without the PC Suite.

Unfortunately, you can't download the application because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. From what it seems, PC Suite for MTV3.0 looks like it's discontinued and no longer supported by CECW. Try contacting your device provider for further information.
