How do I download Watchtower Library?
Simply insert the CD disk into the CD disk drive. The instructions for installation will appear on the screen.
You can't download the Watchtower Library because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. The only way to obtain more information about it, is to contact the developer. From what it seems, the application looks like it's discontinued and replaced with their new online product.
