No, from what it seems, the software will not work with a CSV file. The utility has been developed to remove HTML tags only from HTML or HTM files. However, since it installs an add-in within Excel, I suggest you test by yourself if you can use it with a CSV file. In order to prevent the corruption of the file, I recommend you place a copy of the file in another directory using Copy/Paste feature.
