How can I make a photo frame with IrfanView?

I used to be able to make a frame and choose colors for a picture frame. Now I can't find this option. Can you help me?

Click on File > Open and choose the picture you would like to add frames to. Go to Image > Change Canvas Size or press Shift + V key. A box will appear and you will be able to create a frame selecting the size and the color.
