I can't use Registry Easy anymore. I click on the icon and it tells me that the shortcut is not working. Can you help?

I suggest you completely remove the application from your computer using Add or Remove Programs feature and reinstall it using the serial key received when you purchased the software. You can download it again from the official web page.
