The simplest way to convert a .ppt file to an .exe file is to use a conversion tool like PPT to EXE Converter. When using this software, all you have to do is to input the desired file and select the target location. A video tutorial for this application can be found at this address

Recently, I have to deal with a lot office work on ppt file, but they are encrptyed and hard to be altered. So, I believe it may be eaiser if I convert these ppt files into image file. Any suggest?
