Disney Mix It battery problems.

We can't find the charger for the Disney Mix It. We tried to charge it with another cord, but the battery seems to be dead. How can we replace the battery?

If the battery is dead, you will need to visit a local service shop in order to change it. You can't change the battery by yourself. Disney Mix It has a built-in rechargeable battery and if it doesn't work, I suggest you try to factory reset the device. You will find the instructions in its manual.
