I receive "0x84000011 error".

I have problems connecting to Internet. I receive "0x84000011 error". My USB Modem version is 225. Can you help me?

Error code 0x84000011 is a general error received when the connecting process is interrupted. In most cases the process is interrupted due to incorrect network settings (apn, username, password, ...). In rare occasions this error can be caused by very low network coverage.

In order to solve the issue, you need to set your username and password to guest. Also, I suggest you reinstall the USB Modem drivers. For this purpose, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Network Adapters lists, right-click on the modem driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect the USB modem, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers.
