Acer Crystal Eye Webcam issues.

Question

For some reason or another, my Crystal Eye Webcam will no longer take still shots. I've attempted to roll back the system to when I first got this laptop (Acer Aspire 4720Z), but to no availability. I'm not entirely sure of what I did that could have caused this problem, but if anyone has an idea of what I could do to fix this, please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If this issues still continues to affect your work, download a new version of the software from Acer Support. Input the model in the search field, and click on Applications tab. Select the version of Windows, download and install the application.
