I keep getting the red warning shield from MS saying that firewall and virus checker are not active, but my F-secure is working fine. Can you help?
In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update your antivirus program to the latest version. Also, use the fsdbupdate tool provided by the developers to update the antivirus database. After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off and check the two Turn on Windows Firewall boxes:
