Can I download the PlayStation Cafe Otomasyonu directly to the PS3 in order to control the timing on my Play-Station 3 Cafe? If yes, how?

No, you can't. PlayStation Cafe Otomasyonu is a Windows software that allows you to control the play-stations directly from a Windows 2000, Windows 2003 or Windows XP machine. Also, from what it seems the application has been discontinued and it is no longer supported by its developer.
