I'm receiving an error from CyberLink PowerCinema for TOSHIBA.

When I'm trying to use "Photo portion", I receive "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but you need to reinstall to fix this" error message. This was pre-installed on my Tohsiba laptop and I can't reinstall it. I phoned Toshiba for help but their Tech could not help me and they forwarded the problem to a supervisor. What can I do?

I just got a new toshiba computer had it about 2 weeks and mine is doing the exact same thing. I was wondering if you had found an answer yet!

In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your computer using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) or Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

After that, visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain an official link to download the utility, click the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install the program following the on-screen instructions.
