Office 2010 is awesome! It has an improved interface with more intuitive command placement in the ribbons. You can create your own tabs on the ribbon. And the office menu has been replaced with backstage view, a full screen office menu with more commands and a more intuitive interface. I was lucky enough to be included it the technical preview and I would post some screenshots if I could in comments. It does crash sometimes because it is pre-release. But the public beta is coming out soon.
