Finale GPO for Bank #1 is a plugin that comes packaged with Native Instruments Finale GPO software. In order to fix the issue, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. Also, make sure you're running the software using Administrator rights. If it doesn't help, navigate to (C:) > Programs Files > Garritan Personal Orchestra > Studio > VSTPlugins, select the PersonalOrchestraVST.dll file and copy it to (C:) > Programs Files > Finale 200X > FinaleVST directory.
