It's not working and can't uninstall the application.

I can't open, uninstall or reinstall iTunes. It downloads and then refuses to save the installed.

There is some damn problem with your PC. Try installing some good antivirus or some nice registry cleaning utilities. If this doesn't work try reinstalling the OS coz there's some problem with Ur OS. :D :D :D

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

After this operation, download a new iTunes setup package and install it using Administrator rights.
