Yes, you can change the shape and the size of the objects and also you can use different graphics for textures. You can do these using the Model Editor and Texture Editor options from the Tools menu:
Unfortunately, the program has been discontinued and its developer is out of business. Since its only version is Beta, you may encounter some problems when creating the game. You will have to be very patient in order to finish the project.
