I downloaded the setup free, but every time I try to install it, I get a message saying : 'object not present on hard drive, restart the computer and run the setup again'. Even after restart, I get exactly the same error. Can someone help me?
Before you can install the latest driver, you need to uninstall the older one. Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) > select the SigmaTel Audio application and click Uninstall. After the uninstall process is finished, restart your computer and try to install the new application. You should be able to install it without any problems.
