I cannot open ArcSoft Software Suite. I get an "Error loading type library/dll" message. What can I do?

Go to Start, type cmd in the Search programs and files field and open the utility using Administrator rights. Type regsvr32 wbemdisp.dll, press the Enter key and after you receive the DllRegisterServer in wbemdisp.dll succeeded message, click OK and restart your computer. If the error still occurs, remove the application from your computer and reinstall it.
