I work with Jetform Output Designer 5.4 and I am facing the problem with one of the drivers. I understand that Jetforms is owned by Adobe now and was also discontinued a few years ago. Do you know where I can get support for this product?

My problem is: I compile my template, but when I send correspondence via fax, I get the message [247]Printer driver 'faxripcl' has not been compiled into this MDF. When I look on the setup, this driver is not there to select. It was there previously. I have upgraded it to a new machine and it seems to have vanished during the new installation. Is it critical? The only relevant driver I can select for presentment compilation is Right Fax [faxright], but the one I need is Right Fax (PCL5). Your help will be greatly appreciated.

The only way you can obtain the driver is through the Google Search results. Browse to the available websites where you see Installation guide. All the available links lead to the installation of PCL5 drivers. There are links to the 3rd party websites that you can also use.
