Hi. I had ur problem. But, i figured out how to upload them onto my computer. You have to connect both of the ends of the wire thingy Kodak gave you (haha sorry i'm not good with tech-y stuff) to your camera, and to ur computer. Then u open "My Documents" and click on the scroll down menu. Click on "Control Panel" and then on "Printers and other hardware". Under the title "or pick a Control Panel icon", you'll see "Scanners and Cameras". Click on it. Then click on ur camera in the open space. (If you don't see "Kodak c190" in the space, try the steps i've just given u over again only make sure u have your camera on. But, it will go black and seem like its turned off, but it isn't.) Right click on ur camera's name, and click "Get Pics". In the box that comes up, click next. Then check all the pics u want and click next. (or whatever it says under the checks) Then click finish if ur done. Good Luck! Hope this helped! :D :)

Kodak EasyShare is a utility developed by Kodak, that allows you to transfer the photos from your digital camera to your PC and upload them to online Kodak galleries. If you can't transfer the files to your computer using this utility, you can try to transfer them manually. Connect the camera to your PC using the USB cable, open its drive from My Computer/Computer and transfer the photos using the Copy/Paste feature.

If the camera is not recognized by your computer, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Connect the camera to your PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. After that, transfer the files, import them in Kodak EasyShare and try to upload the photos.

If you can't upload the files, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to Kodak EasyShare. If you can't find the application in the "Allowed programs and features" window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add.

After that, from the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps. Also, make sure that your security program doesn't block the connection. If the issue persists, reinstall the software.
