Question about Total Care Advisor in my HP laptop.

When I open Total Care Advisor, it says that it cannot work properly due to certain problem. Could you please help me to resolve this problem?

Go to Control Panel of your computer then access Programs and Features or Add and Remove Programs. Identify this application on the list then click "Remove only that" instead of actual uninstalling, use the Repair option. This is something like re-installing but without removing the software.
