Information about Cyberview scanner CST5000-2

I have the scanner and a star receipt printer. I can make both work independently but I need a replica come out of the printer, when I scan a slip. I have downloaded "Engbench" from Cyberview. I have contacted the Cyberview team and they were not too helpful. Can anyone help, please?

You will have to perform some kind of calibration procedure. However, this can be done with the help of EngBench, application that you downloaded in the first place. I do believe that the output replica is just an option. Use Engbench and configure the application in a way to test the scanner's capabilities. Secondly, use the application as default for scanning and go through the configuration options. Make sure to disable anything related to the duplicate printing.
