My mother used UDE60 for several years on her home computer. Since we got Windows Vista, we had problems constantly. I was told that UDE60 doesn't work with Vista, so I ran it in compatibility mode for Windows 98. The program worked fine for her, but after a while it showed constantly "Loading" and the loading bar flashed on and off. Sometimes it will freeze there, other times it will flash for about 10 minutes, then it just shuts down. I removed the program and reinstalled it. That worked for a couple of days, then it goes back to the same problem. I have managed to get it working for about four years, but I'm not sure what I did. Now, I can't do anything to fix the problem. I have tried many solutions without success. I ran it in compatibility mode for all Windows versions below Windows Vista, but nothing seems to work. What can I do?

UDE60 is an old program developed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Unfortunately, if the compatibility mode is not helping you to run the software on your computer, you can't do anything else. If you want, you can use virtualization programs like VirtualBox. These software will allow to you run an older version of an operating system within a new one. In your case, you can run Windows XP on your Windows Vista computer and you will be able to install the UDE60 software. However, my recommendation is to contact the official developers and ask for the software that replaced UDE60 after it has been discontinued.
