When putting on the embroidery machine I get an error saying that the machine is not on or connected, but it is. What is wrong?
You need to verify if the machine needs additional drivers to be recognized by the computer. Use the CD that arrived with your product and install all the support software and drivers then restart the software and attach the machine.
