How can I clear the library?

How does one clear out the library? Instructions are obscurely available for adding to it, but nothing tells me how to clear it. Somehow, the app has developed a library of 60000 pictures, effectively choking my PC. Apparently I can only clear out a dozen or so at a time, thus requiring weeks to clear everything.

You need to take a few steps in order to clear the library of the application. To do this, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Hp Photosmart Essentials software then go to Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Click the Photo Library option. After the folders display, uncheck them.

3. Click OK and then the libraries will be clear.
