when we open photoscape there is a option Editor (with a camera on a file) click it . After you getting in it drag a photo in it . After draging a photo you will see 'No Frame' written downside . On the right side of it you will see a arrow upside down click on it , select any frame any click on it . You will see the frame on on the photo you dragged !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
