I want to hear myself over loudspeakers without recording first under Vista Ultimate. How can I do it?

If you have an IM application, you can use its built-in testing procedure to test the sound of your computer or use the built-in sound recorder application found by default in Windows Vista. Go to Start > Run and type %SystemRoot%\system32\SoundRecorder.exe.
