I can't upgrade Dell Support Center. When I try to install it, I keep getting an error message saying that the version I have has sole access to the programs and will not update. How can I fix this?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you download the latest version of Dell Support Center. Once you save the package on your computer, reboot your PC and press the F8 key to enter in Safe Mode. After that, launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. If you still have problems, remove completely the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install its latest version manually.
